The B.A.D.A.S.S team is committed to making the event accessible for everyone. No disability should be a barrier to participating in direct action trainings! If you have an access need not addressed here, please contact us and we will make any necessary changes.
- The entrance to the main event space is wheelchair accessible, street level with no stairs
- The entrance hall bathroom is wheelchair accessible
- The ballroom is accessible by wheelchair lift operable with assistance
- If you need an ASL or non-English language interpreter please let us know on your application or contact us directly so we can secure their services in advance!
- If you have an interpreter already who will attend with you, let us know so we know you're covered!
There is a Kids Room great for kids of all ages including babies and toddlers. If you need child care, let us know and we will work with you to arrange it!

- We can reimburse you for transportation costs including gas, parking, and Uber.
We want everyone to participate regardless of income! If money is tight, don't worry, we'll cover you. We can reimburse you for any costs if you fill out this form.
On behalf of everyone with chemical sensitivities, we ask that attendees refrain from using products with strong fragrances (i.e. perfumes).
We will be providing food during the event, if you have any food allergies and/or dietary preferences (i.e. peanut allergy, vegan, gluten free) please let us know on your application!
We will follow best practices as outlined by the CDC. Attendees are required to be fully vaccinated (COVID and flu), excepting extenuating medical circumstances. Attendees are encouraged to wear masks indoors. If you have symptoms, we regrettably ask you to stay home.
We're working on it! For anyone not able to be there in person, select trainings will be recorded and posted on the Resources page of this website. You must be registered for the event in order to access the page, if you know you will not be able to attend but would like access to training resources, please contact the organizing team.
